Edging Out the Competition

Let’s be real, it’s been a tough market for first time home buyers! Even with higher interest rates, there’s still heavy competition on well presented houses in desirable neighborhoods. That’s what we ran into on our search with these two. The first house we offered on received over 14 offers. 😱 We picked back up though and with a good pep talk and solid strategy we got their second offer accepted on this gorgeous home.

Sweet sweet victory!! I’m so happy for these two and am so lucky to have gotten to witness such a big milestone in their life.
